  • What is Jenni K. Jewelry’s return policy?
    • Exchanges or store credits are allowed on unworn jewelry within 30 days of purchase with the receipt. We regret that no refunds will be issued. All Half Price sales in August are final. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, and we suggest returns via a trackable carrier.
    • During our BOGO $1 Bracelets and Earrings Sale, you must have both bracelets or both pairs of earrings with the receipt to complete the exchange. Exchanges must be done within 30 days of the purchase date. Merchandise that has been worn cannot be exchanged.
    • Custom made items or designs or alterations to any original design are ineligible for an exchange or store credit.
  • How long does it take to process my order?
    • The time it takes to process your order depends on the products that you purchased.  If we have the item(s) in stock, we can usually ship it the same day the order is received.  However, if the item is out of stock, we will make the item by hand and this can delay the process.  Please allow additional time for gemstone items to be sent, as these products are more time consuming to make.
  • Why is Baby K never included in sales?
    • We’re glad you asked!  The Baby K bracelets are made to be roughly 5 1/2″.  As the child grows, bring the bracelet back and we will add on until the bracelet reaches the standard adult size of 7″.  Due to the additions made to Baby K at no charge, this line of items is never included in sales or promotions.
  • What if my bracelet is not long enough?
    • Bring the bracelet in and we can add length to it for a charge.  If you are out of the area, ship your bracelet to us with the requested additional length, your name and your phone number.  We will call you to process the charge for the added length and return shipping.
  • Is there a guarantee on the jewelry?
    • All Jenni K. Jewelry comes with a lifetime guarantee against any manufacturing defects (beads, gemstones and lobster clasps are excluded).
  • When can our order be picked up at the store?
    • Orders usually are ready within a week, or even a few days.  We will call you when your order is ready.
  • How much is shipping?
    • Our jewelry is shipped via UPS and all packages are insured, meaning if your jewelry is lost or stolen, it can be replaced at no charge to you. A $10.00 flat rate shipping fee is charged. Please note that UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes only physical mailing addresses.
