2. Representation and Warranty: You represent and warrant that you own the rights to the photo you submit and that the photo does not infringe on any third party’s rights.
3. Release of Liability: By participating, you release Jenni K Jewelry from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of or related to your participation in the contest or the use of your photo.
